Handy Art Washable Liquid Watercolours are concentrated liquids that provide deep colour strength straight from the bottle. Transparent colours and washes can be achieved by diluting with up to 4 parts water. Washable and will launder out of most fabrics and surfaces. Some colours will fade over time as these are dye based, not pigment based colours. Certified AP non-toxic.
