Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

You may return your item(s) for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a refund or credit of the item purchase price. Refunds are processed on the original credit card within 3-5 days after we receive and assess the item(s) at our warehouse.

We cannot accept:

  • Open item(s)

  • Carpets or furniture not in their original packaging

  • Books

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

If you would like to exchange the item, you must return the item(s) and place a new order.

Contact Us for your return authorization number. You are responsible to ship the item(s) back to us and may choose a carrier of your choice. If you are a customer in Zone One and you are returning an eligible item(s), you qualify for our 
Return Labels service.


Ship ZoneZone One
Locations that are easily served by shipping companies. Your zone will be listed in your shopping cart once your shipping information is added.  
Zone Two
Locations that are not easily served by shipping companies or are very remote. See more details about Zone Two.
Ship CategoryStandard
Items that are easily shipped in a standard box and are not heavy or oversized. These items have a ship category of Standard , which can be viewed on every product page in the specifications. 
Oversized
Items that are large and/or heavy. These items have a ship category of Oversized, which can be viewed on every product page in the specifications. Large and/or heavy items generally incur additional handling fees by couriers or ship via truck.


Prepare your shipment for return by packing items securely in a shipping box. Ship to:

Replacement Policy

If you receive a delivery that appears to be damaged or short packages, it is very important that it is noted on the carrier’s delivery slip or handheld device to ensure a smooth claim process. For more information, go to Reporting a Damaged Item.

If you notice a shortage, go to Reporting a Shortage.

If you have received a defective item, go to Warranty Policy.

Credit On Account

Credit on account may be used towards future purchases with Quality Classrooms. Please contact us if you would like more information on your credit details or would like to use your credit to make an order.
