Credit Card
Payment for orders or invoices can be made by Visa or MasterCard for up to $10,000.Â
Orders placed through our website will be charged to your credit card account once your payment information is entered and your order is processed successfully. Customers in Zone Two will be contacted for approval when shipping charges are higher than estimated.Â
Pay by Gift Card
If you have items in your shopping cart and would like to use your gift card, choose the "Get Quote" option. During checkout, add a comment that you would like us to contact you to use your gift card. We will contact you to request your gift card number and the CVC number on the back of the card. ChequeÂ
Mail in a cheque to one of our locations.Â
If you are pre-paying for your order, choose the "Get Quote" option. During checkout, add a comment that you will mail payment by cheque. If your shipping charges are estimated, please ensure you wait for us to contact you with your final order total before mailing payment.Â

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Electronic Funds Transfer is an authorized transmission of funds from one account to another. To pay by EFT, you must approve a list of transactions to be made through your Financial Institution. Email your company's EFT authorization form to accountsreceivable@qualityclassrooms.ca or contact us for more information.Â
On Account
Contact us if you are an organization and would like to set up an account with credit terms. Credit approval is required and late fees will be applicable for customers with overdue account balances at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).Â
Organization Accounts
Having an Organization Account makes the purchasing process for your organization easier. There are two types of webstore organization accounts available: Regular or Account Manager/Sub Account.Â
A Regular account allows for one purchaser to place an order through the Webstore. If your organization has several people who are involved in making purchases, an Account Manager/Sub Account is ideal for you! The account is set up with an account manager who creates one or more sub-accounts. The account manager:Â
Chooses who can place orders on behalf of the organizationÂ
Chooses who can authorize an orderÂ
Chooses who can see special pricing
Sets spending limitsÂ
