In My Account details, you can view your quotes, your orders, your shipments, and your invoices.

Change your password

Your password must be at least 7 characters long and meet a minimum strength of “Good”. Avoid guessable passwords such as commonly used passwords, names, dates, patterns, repeats and sequences.

  1. Enter your current password
  2. Enter your new password
  3. Retype your new password

Convert your quote to an order

Find your quote in My Quotes for up to 30 days. When you are ready to order,  contact us with your quote number and payment information . Quotes do expire after 30 days and until then, items will show as ‘In stock’ or ‘Ready to Order'. Our customer service team will confirm delivery times and availability once your order is placed.

Track your order

In My Orders, you can view your order status. Your order will remain pending until it has shipped complete. 

If your order is pending, view the line status details to see which item(s) if any have shipped. On occasion, we may ship some items separately to provide you with quicker service. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees, and you will receive the remainder of your order as soon as those items become available.

Full shipment details and tracking information can be viewed in My Shipments.

Track and trace your order by clicking on the tracking information when it is available.

Your invoice will be available after your order has shipped and can be found in My Invoice. From here, you can view or download your invoice or easily reorder your favorite items.
